Out of all the lovely ladies of SUCKER PUNCH, Jena Malone is the seasoned pro. Forty-three credits in a little over fifteen years? That’s impressive. Really impressive when you realize that Malone has figured out how to deftly move between micro-budget pics, indies and blockbusters.

What’s even more impressive is that Malone has appeared in quality stuff like CONTACT, COLD MOUNTAIN, DONNIE DARKO, LIFE AS A HOUSE, PRIDE & PREJUDICE, THE RUINS, INTO THE WILD and THE MESSENGER. And that’s the shortlist! Scope out her IMDB page and you’ll see that this gal has dabbled in every genre and has delivered solid performances across the board.

The Girls Of SUCKER PUNCH: Jamie Chung

In honor of SUCKER PUNCH, we here at Adamantium Bullet are going to throw a spotlight on the five lovely leading ladies of the flick. Expect copious amounts of sexy pics, a little bit of commentary on their careers thus far and not much else. Enjoy!

Jamie Chung is a moderately talented actress in search of a decent role. Since her debut on THE REAL WORLD nearly five years, Chung has tried hard to ditch her reality show roots and get herself acknowledged as a real actress. In those five years, she’s amassed nearly twenty credits and guess what? There isn’t a winner in the bunch.

Yeah, SUCKER PUNCH is probably going to change all that. But the catch is that Chung is an okay actress who keeps getting saddled with sub-par work. Is it her good looks that prevent her from being cast in serious roles? I mean, seriously, half of Chung’s career has been spent playing sorority sisters, bimbos and babes. Eye candy is fine and all, but this gal needs something more substantial.

The Girls Of SUCKER PUNCH: Vanessa Hudgens

In honor of SUCKER PUNCH, we here at Adamantium Bullet are going to throw a spotlight on the five lovely leading ladies of the flick. Expect copious amounts of sexy pics, a little bit of commentary on their careers thus far and not much else. Enjoy!

Vanessa Hudgens. Just uttering her name sends thoughts of naughty cell phone pics, Zac Efron and marionettes swirling through my head. Is that weird? I mean, she did have the whole cell pic fiasco and she did/was/is date Efron for a few years. And she was in the live-action THUNDERBIRDS movie, so I guess that’s where the marionette thing came from despite the fact that she was real and decidedly not a puppet. Incidentally, that flick wasn’t that great. You might do well to avoid it.

Depending on your age, you might want to avoid most of this gal’s work. Regardless of sexy pics and her frequent skin-tastic photoshoots, Hudgens is a Disney kid through and through. Outside of the HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL movies, she’s appeared in stuff like THE SUITE LIFE OF ZACK AND CODY, DRAKE & JOSH, BANDSLAM (not technically a Disney movie, but it may as well have been) and DISNEY 365. So, unless you’re a tween or have a child, you might want to avoid most of this stuff.

The Girls Of SUCKER PUNCH: Abbie Cornish

In honor of SUCKER PUNCH, we here at Adamantium Bullet are going to throw a spotlight on the five lovely leading ladies of the flick. Expect copious amounts of sexy pics, a little bit of commentary on their careers thus far and not much else. Enjoy!

I only four things about actress Abbie Cornish. Number one: She’s the gal that reportedly broke up Ryan Phillippe and Reese Witherspoon’s marriage which I guess makes her a home wrecker. Not that I’m judging her or anything, but that’s really the main thing that springs into my mind when I see this gal.

Moving along to number two, Out of her 20+ credits, I’ve only seen one: Ridley Scott’s A GOOD YEAR. I happened to like to that flick, but I realize that most people didn’t. And if I’m being completely honest, I don’t recall Cornish’s role very well. I know she’s in it, but I just can’t remember as what. Outside of that, I haven’t seen anything else this gal has been in which means I really cannot comment on any of her other credits.
