KEELEY HAZELL

I’ve got a feeling that I’m going to catch a lot of flack for this installment.

Considering that the Adamantium Men and Women columns have been moved over to Friday (presumably to off-set the sometimes-absent TGIF column, which is easily the one I procrastinate the most on), I figured it was high time to feature a completely NSFW Adamantium Woman. And who better to fit that bill than Brit beauty Keeley Hazell. After all, this is a lady who’s main claim to fame is that she is one of the most popular glamour models in Britain, and if you’re not sure what “glamour model” means, Google it.

However, Keeley is a woman of many different sides, though her front is the one that gets the most attention. She’s a spokeswoman for PETA, having spoken out many times against cruelty to animals and the usage of fur in the fashion industry. Keeley is also a major force in TALK TLC which raises awareness for breast cancer research and making women aware of the signs and symptoms. For more on TALK TLC, click HERE. Plus, as if all that wasn’t impressive enough, she’s also one of the many faces of environmental awareness over in Britain, encouraging people to help save the environment.

But, when talking about Keeley, you cannot ignore the obvious reason that she’s famous, she’s gorgeous and not in that Hollywood sort-of way. She’s got real curves and isn’t rail thin, she’s not so uppity that she won’t drop her clothes for a photoshoot, she’s British (and let’s be honest, Brit makes everything better) and she’s wicked funny. Don’t believe me, just check her out on YouTube and some of the shows she’s appeared on. This is one gal who is in on the joke and knows why she’s famous. As of 2009, Keeley has been branching out into other venues, including opening her own modeling agency, attempting to release an album (her first single “Voyeur” came out last April) and she’s currently in America taking acting lessons in the hope of becoming an actress.

In case your wondering, there aren’t too many film credits to Keeley’s name. Her cameo in CASHBACK (as…you guessed it…a topless woman) was so minor that most people, including her fans, probably missed it. Her IMDB page lists a short film called VENUS AND THE SUN, but there’s little info about that other than it is a modern retelling of the “Venus and Adonis” myth (Keeley as Venus, perfect casting?). Other than that, there’s not much. There were rumors a few years ago that Keeley was going to appear in a BAYWATCH movie of some kind, but nothing ever came of it. What Keeley needs is a good horror movie to her credit, something that might launch her into the realm of “scream queen”.

Facts are, we (okay, I) dig her over here at Adamantium Bullet and that makes it reason enough to put her in the Adamantium Women. You should be warned, however, that some of the pics (well, most of them) below are fairly risqué and definitely NSFW. You could almost call this a team-up of TGIF and Adamantium Women. A totally gratuitous and inappropriate Friday Adamantium Woman, if you will. There’s no messy close-ups or gory money shots below (Keeley’s a glamour model, not a porn star), just a good-looking lady who’s on her way to becoming the next big thing. Just you wait and see.
