Theatrical Review: HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS PART I (J’s Take)
This isn’t going to be the longest nor the most insightful review I’ve ever written, but let’s be honest here: You’ve probably already went and seen HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS PART I and you really don’t need me to tell you that it is pretty good. Actually, HALLOWS is better than pretty good, it is the second best of the POTTER sequels thus far (PRISONER OF AZKABAN is the best) and it does a mighty fine job of setting up the final confrontation between the kid with the scar and the pale dude with no nose.

EMMA WATSON LINES UP POST-POTTER WORK
Teeny tiny bit of info here, but Emma Watson has scored her first post-POTTER role. She’ll be appearing in MY WEEK WITH MARILYN, a Marilyn Monroe biopic with Michelle Williams (Really?!?) as Monroe. Watson’s role is said to be small, but pivotal. Eddie Redmayne, Kenneth Branagh and Judi Dench co-star.

TOP TEN HARRY POTTER MOMENTS THAT NEVER MADE IT TO THE BIG SCREEN – PART TWO
Welcome back to PART TWO of my Top 10 list of HARRY POTTER goodness! Today will cover the rest of the list for things that should have been included in the movies, and maybe you’ll learn something new if you didn’t yesterday! *smilies* So stop in, and read on!
Another note: for some of these I really hate how the screenwriters backed themselves in a corner by not including some key points in earlier movies that come into play later on; it seems like a terrible waste of time to have to explain something in the final movies that should have been explained in the first place in an earlier movie. Nonetheless, what’s done is done, we’re starting today with number five on the list!

THE HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HOLLOWS SPLIT HAS BEEN REVEALED
Ooooh, Alanna’s happy! After the *forever* long wait, finally we know where the two parts of HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS will be split, and thank you Cinema Blend (who caught the spell from RupertGrint.net) for this information! According to RupertGrint.net’s preview of this month’s Entertainment Weekly, we now know that the split will be at Chapter 24 (titled “The Wandmaker”) with Voldy swiping the Elder Wand. (“Swiper no Swiping!!”) Also, OMG to the scans from Entertainment Weekly that are found on the RupertGrint.net Gallery. *squee*

SDCC 2010: HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HOLLOWS
And we’re back again to my favorite subject: HARRY POTTER!! Yes yes, I know, I’m absolutely insane, but that’s okay! At the SDCC (San Diego ComicCon) they were kind enough to set out some of the Horcruxes that will appear in the seventh movie. Kinda. This may be a little SPOILER-Y if you haven’t read the books, but here it is and I’ll give you the total and complete truth about these pictures.
